INTERNAL VACANCY Staff Shop Team Members (Nights) We have a new opportunity for a Staff Shop Coordinator working on a part time basis and as part of the facilities team. What you will be doing. Responsible for the opening of the staff shop and serving our colleagues maintaining a high quality of service. Maintain excellent housekeeping and hygiene standards and comply with all H&S procedures. Ensuring all documentation is completed and is up to date. Working with other teams in the business e.g., facilities, warehouse to make sure the staff shop is the best it can be. Communicating / handover with your staff shop coordinator on the opposite shift. Ensuring stock in the warehouse is organised and stock is rotated weekly. Rotation of stock in shop and freezers weekly Moving product, stocking shelves and making bags Making sure all cardboard waste is disposed of appropriately. Working Hours Tuesday - 22.00-06.00 Wednesday - 22.00-06.00 Thursday - 22.00-06.00 The hours above are an example of how this could work, we are happy if an applicant wants to work different hours e.g. 2 nights if Tuesday and Wednesday are covered each week., we will also consider reduced hours. Your will need to be · An enthusiastic and helpful approach to customer service · Good mental arithmetic and an ability to add prices quickly. · A desire to make the shop the best it can be demonstrating pride and ownership in your work · Ability to work on own initiative and make appropriate decisions. · Basic level of computer literacy · Ability to organise stock in the Staff Shop Warehouse area, moving boxes and filling shelves
