About the Role: The role is to support the HR team in ensuring a smooth daily operation and office support. As the first point of contact for HR queries, you'll need integrity, effective communication, and confidentiality. Position: HR Administrator Pay: £25,000- £28,000 (I would be happy to submit you at the higher end) Type: Temporary to permanent (May consider taking straight permanent) Hours: Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00 Hybrid working: As a temp assignment, it will be onsite as the role involves corporate responsibilities to the directors. The perm position/ if the temp is kept on and offered perm, would be hybrid after probation but would any hybrid working would need to align with business demands. Key Responsibilities: Log training records, schedule courses, and manage training rooms. Handle monthly payroll and maintain employee files. Support recruitment, manage absences, and assist with HR projects. Ensure GDPR compliance and arrange travel and events. Maintain accurate HR records and assist with onboarding. Respond to HR inquiries and support HR programs. Personal Traits: Open-minded, flexible, and strong interpersonal skills. IT literate and a team player with a growth mindset. Qualifications: A-level education and CIPD Level 3 or HR admin experience. Strong administrative and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
