Role Overview
The Leisure Operative will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests in the Health Club. This includes meeting and greeting members and guests at the reception desk, managing and assisting with membership enquiries, and helping guests on the gym floor and supervising the pool and general cleaning of the facilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of satisfaction among members and guests
* Managing membership enquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
* Supervising the pool and ensuring the health and safety of guests
* Assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of the Health Club facilities
* Working closely with the Health Club team to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a Health Club or leisure environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team and provide exceptional customer service
* Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures
* Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends
