They have extensive experience in onshore and offshore facilities, specialising in asset management services throughout all life cycle phases from consulting, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, operations, maintenance, and decommissioning. They are now looking for a data analyst apprentice to join their team.
Overview:
As a data analyst apprentice you will be responsible for analysing, reviewing and understanding data across the HSE, scheduling, procurement, commercial and supervision departments to monitor and review our performance on the contract, liaising with the relevant people to help deliver improvements where necessary to provide insights that drive business decisions
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide data-driven solutions.
* Collect, process, and analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
* Reviewing performance and productivity for each department (scaffolding, insulation, painting), to ensure scope changes, delays, etc are being highlighted by the relevant supervisors, and identifying contract norms that may require review.
* Generate data models, reports and PowerBI dashboards / visualisations to communicate findings to relevant team members.
* Monitoring the weekly schedule to check the accuracy against actual works executed in the period.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of data-driven initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Work daily with tools including Excel, PowerBI, SAP, MPower, Synergi and occasionally Word & Powerpoint.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to be self-motivate for planning and executing tasks and projects.
Having some experience or knowledge of tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, etc. would be beneficial.
Salary: £19,000 per annum.
Working week: 38hrs a week. From Monday - Friday, 7:45am till 4pm.
