Job Description
An Interim Head of People Business Partnering to:
1. Provide strong leadership to the Business Partnering team, ensuring continuous performance development and high performance.
2. Provide expertise in employee relations, change management, and employee engagement.
3. Ensure HR initiatives are effectively implemented.
4. Shape and deliver the organisation's HR strategy.
5. Support the transition of the HR function into a full business partner model.
6. Assist the organisation through a significant transition period.
7. Support workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
8. Provide OD activities, including leadership development, engagement, and team management.
9. Offer strong expertise on employee relation issues.
The Successful Applicant
An Interim Head of People Business Partnering with:
1. Previous not-for-profit experience desirable.
2. Previous experience working in a unionised environment essential.
3. Experience managing a business partnering team.
4. Strong knowledge to manage employee relation casework and support an organisation through a transition phase.
5. Immediately available.
