If this is you, then wed love to meet you Main duties of the job In the course of their work, the Practitioner will: Maintain contemporaneous clinical records for all patient assessments ensuring timely documentation Deliver evidence based and patient-focused care, ensuring the patients care, dignity, confidentiality and wishes are always respected, working autonomously within their scope of practice and seeking support when needed. Ensure the safety of themselves, colleagues and patients by staying vigilant about infection prevention and control, following practice policies.
