Our client is a highly reputable letting agency dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients. They are looking for a skilled and motivated Accounts Payable Manager to join the team and oversee the account's payable function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the entire accounts payable process, including the timely and accurate processing of invoices, payment runs, and reconciliations.
* Manage any rental arrears and rental guarantee insurance claims.
* Manage separate deposit accounts and ensure they balance with TDS, a third-party deposit protection scheme.
* Reconcile contractor payments for property repairs, maintenance, and services.
* Liaise with property managers to verify invoice approvals and ensure expenses align with property budgets.
* Track and process landlord payments where applicable, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Manager or in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and accounting principles.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
