Key Requirements: Proven experience in a senior engineering role within the automotive manufacturing sector. Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams. In-depth knowledge of automotive engineering, manufacturing processes, and project management. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills. A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
