Robert Half is working with a global market SaaS company, seeking a proactive and enthusiastic London based Deal Desk Analyst for an initial 6-month contract.
Responsibilities:
* As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will support the Sales Team in executing sales orders and assist with policy enforcement, training, and documentation.
* Reporting to Revenue Operations, you will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Professional Services, and Legal to ensure timely and accurate contract bookings.
* Process new business and renewal contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Review and approve sales orders for accuracy, deal structure, and pricing.
* Provide deal structuring guidance to the sales team.
* Review contracts for commercial terms.
* Liaise between sales, finance, and legal teams.
* Ensure opportunities are correctly updated and automate renewals of smaller contracts.
* Support sales teams with questions on deals, policies, and pricing/discounting.
* Collaborate with Finance on deal approvals and booking reconciliation.
* Respond to sales inquiries regarding bookings and sales activities.
* Identify and implement process improvements.
* Contribute to revenue operations projects as needed.
