AV Project Manager CUSTOM INSTALL - I am in need of a top of the pile experienced residential AV Project Manager that has at least 5 years successful delivery of bespoke high end AV integration projects. The projects you will be working on will be in London and the southern home counties. The client is a medium-sized AV high end systems integrator who, due to continued growth, need to add a new member of the team.
Skills and Knowledge Needed:
1. Successful project on time on budget AV delivery
2. Thorough understanding of profit and loss (P&L)
3. Able to run multiple AV projects
4. Excellent knowledge of project management IT packages
5. A whizz with paperwork
6. Client facing both end users, interior designers, and M&E contractors
7. Technical knowledge of Crestron, Control4, Lutron, Home IT networking, Audio
8. The ability to manage and motivate a team
9. Project planning and timescales
10. An understanding of cost variations
