Job Title: Technical Delivery Assurance Manager Location: Nottingham Closing date: Wednesday 10th April 2025 Contract: Perm Recruiter: Noaman Hussain About the role Working as part of Technology Services the Technical Delivery Assurance Manager (TDAM) is an instrumental role in the successful delivery of technical change. From building strong relationships with key customers, to ensuring the quality delivery of our third party providers, the TDAM will work across major programmes and projects ensuring the right decisions are made and that the customer requirements are at the heart of what we do. This role would suit an IT Management Professional looking to build upon their experience of projects and programme delivery. Key Responsibilities: Accountable for the effective delivery of projects and workstreams within their portfolio and technical initiatives across all partners and 3rd party suppliers. Identify, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to effectively implement IT Infrastructure solutions. Collaborate with Customers across multiple Business areas to define and manage the pipeline of projects across the Technology Services Delivery Portfolio and contribute to long-term planning (1YP & 3YP). Project in Tech Services work closely with all areas of IT as well as direct with many areas of the business e.g. Opticians, ROI, Germany, No7, Facilities. Focused on building and strengthening customer relationships, resolving challenges and able to constructively facilitate discussions across multiple stakeholder groups.
