We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Part Time Administration Assistant to join our clients’ fast-growing manufacturing company in the performance automotive exhaust and general fabrication sectors. This role is working 16 hours per week over 4 days and is based in Sheffield close to the M1 motorway.

About the role
As a Part Time Administration Assistant your responsibilities will include:
* Assist with sales office work schedule
* Provide high levels of administrative and customer service support for the sales office
* Contribute to the smooth operation of the sales office
* Process daily sales orders using Progress+ Software System and associated procedures
* Email clients with regards to Sales Order progress
* Assist with planning of orders for despatch
* Create mailing labels for parcels
* Answer the telephone and direct calls appropriately
* Submit delivery notes to clients
* Process Sales Invoices
* Prepare and despatch merchandise orders
* Prepare accurate lists for Packing & Despatch Dept
* Produce and organise Work orders for Production Dept
* Contribute to the organisation of the Sales Office and assist colleagues
* Attend and contribute to team meetings
About you
As a Part Time Administration Assistant, you must be / have:
* A professional approach to work with the drive & energy to contribute to a flexible and hardworking team
* Take pride in attention to detail and contribute to the overall performance of the company
* Computer literate and experienced in office systems, procedures and software
* Able to produce work of a very high standard within given time constraints
* Methodical and self-organised with excellent attention to detail
* Hardworking and have a good attendance and timekeeping record
* Open to new ideas and make a positive contribution to the team
* Excellent communication skills and work well in a small team
About the Rewards
For the role of Part Time Administration Assistant, you will work 16 hours per week over 4 days (the exact hours can be negotiated with some flexibility) and there is a starting salary on offer of £10 to £11 per hour depending on experience plus:
* 28 days holidays including bank holidays pro rata, (increases with service)
