Salesforce Analyst With up to 4 years of experience and Salesforce Associate Certifications, the Salesforce Analyst plays a critical role in enhancing data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency at Char.gy during our scale-up phase. Reporting to the Head of Bids and Revenue Operations, this role focuses on Salesforce reporting, data analysis, process optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Responsibilities: Data Analysis: Analyse revenue-related data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Provide insights to support data-driven decision-making. Conduct in-depth revenue and operational analyses using tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and Tableau. Provide recommendations based on data to inform strategy and improve processes. Salesforce Reporting and Insights: Develop, maintain, and optimise Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and lead conversion. Analyse data within Salesforce to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for revenue growth. Ensure data integrity and consistency in Salesforce by performing regular audits and data cleansing. Sales Process Support: Work closely with the sales team to refine lead management workflows and pipeline visibility. Implement reporting solutions to track sales funnel performance and identify bottlenecks. Marketing Analytics: Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate campaign performance data into Salesforce. Analyse led sources and customer journey metrics to improve marketing ROI. Automation and Tools: Leverage Salesforce automation features, including workflows and triggers, to improve operational efficiency. Partner with IT and external vendors to customise Salesforce as needed to support evolving business needs. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on KPIs for sales, marketing, and customer success. Create dynamic Salesforce dashboards for leadership to track key metrics in real-time. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a Salesforce expert and liaison between sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Provide training and support on Salesforce reporting best practices and tools. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce reports, dashboards, and processes. Develop guides and training materials for users to maximise Salesforces functionality. Strategic Reporting: Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights. Highlight opportunities to align team efforts with company revenue goals. This role will suit you if you: have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. hold a Salesforce Associate Certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder). have 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce administration or development. are proficient in Salesforce customisation, Apex coding, and API integrations. Knowledge of JavaScript, REST API, and data analytics tools is a plus. have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. experience with project management and process improvement methodologies, and advanced knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools is preferred.
