We are looking for an organized and agile Medical Secretary to join our older people's team. We are a small, but supportive team, working with the multi-disciplinary teams across OPU and Stroke. We will support your learning and development within this role, to build your skills to keep these services running smoothly.
Main duties of the job
1. To provide complete medical secretarial service to include word processing and audio-typing, producing clinical letters and other documents
2. Organization of meetings and minute-taking
3. Liaise with MDT to help organize clinics and bookings
4. Take and relay telephone inquiries in a polite and helpful manner, prioritizing issues and taking action as appropriate
