Now looking to hire a Senior Marketing Manager as the first hire into a new marketing department, offering a rare and exciting opportunity to build a marketing function. Responsibilities Develop the marketing plan to create brand awareness and generate MQLs to drive sales Implement the marketing plan, both hands-on and together with external agencies Define, execute and monitor multichannel marketing campaigns Manage the social media channels of the company Oversee and support the creation of content, including whitepapers, blogs, videos and webinars Data-driven analysis of marketing performance and continuous fine-tuning of the marketing plan Requirements 5 years’ experience in life science marketing Minimum MSc. in biology, biochemistry, or other life science related field (PhD preferred) Successfully planned, executed, and analyzed marketing campaigns Experience with digital marketing, including SEO Experience managing internal and external teams (i.e. agencies) Competent user of Microsoft Office Expert knowledge of marketing tools such as Hubspot or similar Willing to travel 25% within UK and EU What’s on offer Base salary between £55-75K Share option scheme Working on a cutting-edge technology at the intersection of biology, engineering, and data science Be part of a step-change in life science instrumentation Dynamic and fast-paced work environment in a rapidly expanding company Location Working 4 days onsite in the Cambridge office
