As a Deputy Senior Restaurant Manager, you will support the Senior Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations; upholding our guest-focused, ‘lead by example’ culture, motivating and inspiring the management and front-of-house teams to perform at their best. Key Requirements of the Deputy Senior Restaurant Manager: Passion for hospitality, excited by food, wine, and restaurant culture, with high-level attention to detail and a positive can-do attitude with a keen willingness to learn. The ability to lead, inspire and motivate people. Excellent at interpersonal communication, coaching, and teamwork. Wide-ranging experience of dining in similar restaurants. High-level written English, strong IT literacy. Previous management experience within a similar role is essential. We offer a sensible shift pattern across a 45-hour working week (Monday to Sunday rota with 2 days off) with an OTE of up to £41,500 per annum, depending on experience, including non-contractual tronc (service charge). Part-time hours may also be considered.
