We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our Central Booking Office Team supporting the Podiatry Service. The role will be based at Jenner House, Unit E3, Langley Park, Avon Way, Chippenham SN15 1GG. There may also be opportunities to hot desk from other sites. The Podiatry Service provides a comprehensive range of specialist and general clinical interventions. This includes health education and promotion and the effective triage, assessment, diagnosis and treatment of foot problems. Main Responsibilities Duties will include (but not limited to) receiving electronic referrals and telephoning patients to book appointments. The essential requirements of this post are a good telephone manner, high level communication skills and attention to detail. You will have good organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. We have a full electronic patient record system which is central to our work, so accurate record keeping is critical, and you must be able to concentrate in a busy working environment.
