Job Description
* Conducting detailed building surveys and reporting findings.
* Day to Day surveying, occasional Damp & Mould / Voids
* Planning and managing building projects from inception to completion.
* Collaborating with the Property team to achieve departmental objectives.
* Ensuring all work adheres to health and safety regulations.
* Liaising with contractors and supervising their work.
* Providing expert advice to stakeholders on building matters.
* Preparing cost estimates and maintaining project budgets.
* Resolving any building issues that may arise.
The Successful Applicant
* A proven track record in managing building projects.
* HNC / HND ideal
* Experience of Voids and Damp & Mould would be beneficial
* Excellent knowledge of building regulations and health and safety.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in using relevant software for surveying and project management.
