The role of Social Media Recruitment Co-ordinator is a new and exciting one and has arisen due to our continued commitment to recruiting and retaining the best and brightest teaching and support staff. The role will sit within our School, Employer & Community Relationships function as part of the Create digital and design team. The SECR function is responsible for the college’s externally facing work.
As part of this team, you will work very closely with our Human Resources Team celebrating and promoting success stories that appeal to the college’s strategic objective of being a ‘Great Place to Work’ both internally and externally. You will also oversee the content and design of the college’s term time staff weekly Staff Update and be responsible for the positioning and promotion of the college’s vacancies.
The successful applicant will be digitally educated, friendly, creative, excited about education, pragmatic, and positive, with a keen awareness of how important this role is in the recruitment and retention of staff. They will also be administratively adept and able to pick up processes quickly.
