Business Development Manager Location: Stirling To support the RPH Board, as part of the core team for the delivery of the Business Plan and the good management of the business. Specifically, to actively support the growth of the business through self-generated development opportunities, non-traditional opportunities and partnering / framework opportunities that are available to the business. Responsible for Customer Management providing a positive Customer focus from project inception to completion. Ensure interface with all Stakeholders is carried out in a professional and friendly way. Support, as part of the Team, that the Pre-Construction process is carried out timeously and efficiently ensuring a positive Customer experience so that the Customer will recommend Robertson for future work, each and every time. Duties Include: Lead RPH work winning function, with core purpose of securing necessary opportunities and pipeline to meet the RPH business plan in chosen markets and procurement routes. Ensure customer satisfaction is maximised across customer base and that appropriate measurement of customer satisfaction is implemented via the CEQ (Customer Experience) process. Lead RPH Key Account Management activities with customers and manage relationships to support work winning across the business. Responsibility for ensuring ongoing engagement with customers and their representatives to establish sustainable relationships which will provide future opportunities. Contribute to RPH work winning strategy and support strategic initiatives across the business. Support RPH bidding activity using customer knowledge and key drivers to enhance quality submissions in bids. Provide guidance and support to RPH Board in delivery of business and growth strategies. Represent RPH at external meetings with stakeholders and customers at conferences, industry events, and open days providing professional and well-informed representation of RPH at all times. Support business to ensure continued engagement with target markets and communities. Retain regular dialogue with other companies within Group, sharing market intelligence towards the mutual benefit of the Group, supporting identification and development of cross group opportunities where appropriate. Provide regular reporting to RPH Board and RCG Executive BD Director on work winning and business development activities.
