We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a National UK M&E Contractor with a Regional Office in Bradley Stoke Bristol.
Job Overview:
The Bid Writer will play a crucial role in supporting the business development team by coordinating and managing bid process for various projects and proposals. This position will involve collaborating with internal teams, stakeholders, to ensure that bids are completed on time and meet the required standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Salary: up to £35K depending on experience
Location: Aztec West
What you'll be doing day to day
Write clear, focused and logical negotiated proposal material (and any other business development documentation) maintaining consistency of style, brand and tone.
Produce and compile bespoke high-quality PQQ and tender submissions that meet customers' needs and aspirations.
Coordinate and liaise with internal business development managers, operational teams to develop and write bespoke, high quality PQQ and ITT submissions which demonstrate a clear understanding of client questions.
Translate technical information into a written proposal that is clear and can be understood by both technical and non-technical audiences.
Robustly review responses against the scoring matrix and criteria provided.
Support the business development team in the preparation of marketing literature and negotiated proposal submissions.
Attend internal tender review meetings and manage deliverables matrices.
Help to ensure final tenders are fully compliant with the tender requirements.
Help maintain library of suitable written content and collateral.
