Undertake clinical admin activities such as triage of referrals, responding to clinical enquiries and liaising with stakeholders. Provides professional advice based on evidence-based practice to the Trust, clients, managers and external clients. Maintains accurate clinical records as per NMC/FOM guidance and in accordance with the policy be it paper or electronic. Participates in clinical audits.
