Located in the beautiful Chichester Harbour, our client is an employee-owned marina where every team member plays a vital role in its continued success. Ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with people, and being part of a close-knit team. The responsibilities are varied and rewarding – you’ll be helping boat owners with mooring and refuelling, providing excellent customer service, keeping the marina clean and well-maintained, and ensuring that all safety and company procedures are followed. If you’re proactive, reliable, and enjoy problem-solving in a practical setting, this could be a great fit for you.
