This is an exciting opportunity to join our apprenticeship routeway division as a Business Administration Apprentice. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide administrative support to our Operations Team. Completing tasks ranging from assessing and reviewing current processes to leading on system updates. You’ll be involved with the coordination and implementation of new procedures and will frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks. It’s why we exist, it drives everything we do. You will work directly alongside the operations team to prioritise learner experience and the achievement of performance targets and objectives. Every day will be different, fast paced and challenging but ultimately, rewarding. Role Responsibilities (included but not limited to): Conduct audits to ensure the RWs are running as productively as possible Ensure Routeway SharePoint hub is up to date at all times Manage version control for the routeway which will include all personal development and assessment curriculum, resources and supporting materials to ensure we are providing learners with the most accurate and up to date information at all times Support in the planning and monitoring of cohorted inductions ensuring we are maximising routeway capacity Ensuring our learner management system remains up to date and streamlined Follow up with event attendees Support of EPA scheduling and turnaround times Conduct learner pre-enrolment calls, answering queries to ensure a smooth onboarding process Be the point of contact for our learners whilst supporting them through to their final steps with us Conduct any additional tasks that allow learners to have a great experience Where applicable, support in arranging exams and purchasing and issuing vouchers for all vendor exams Essential Criteria: Proactive Strong Communicator Be able to work under pressure Strong interpersonal skills – with the ability to build relationships, rapport and a strong understanding with learner and employer Excellent attention to detail Ability to identify and suggest innovative changes to processes Forward thinker who is self-motivated and adaptable
