Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Rugeley / Hybrid working
Are you a motivated Marketing Manager who thrives on opportunities of growth and reaching strategic business goals? Do you like building relationships, writing communication content and corporate branding? Do you have experience of developing & implementing effective commercial marketing strategies?
If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are recruiting a new member of the Premier Nutrition team to be responsible for key marketing initiatives from concept through to implementation. This will include a varied mix of insight, strategy, brand development and marketing planning and implementation: including a significant focus on corporate branding, digital comms/direct marketing/PR/social media and internal communications.
Key responsibilities:
* Build a knowledge of industry and market insights, supplier, consumer, food chain and retail trends to enable Premier Nutrition to align its strategy with the industry and stay ahead of the competition.
* Be responsible for developing and implementing the species marketing annual plans to ensure all activity supports meeting business goals.
* Support the Species Leads with the development of marketing strategies ensuring alignment with Premier Nutrition’s 5-year strategic plan.
* Support the People & Performance Business Partner with tasks such as Internal communications.
* Plan marketing activities at national & international events (conferences, exhibitions etc).
* Website management.
* Measurement, tracking, ROI and setting KPIs.
* Brand building and awareness.
* Scoping and incorporating digital strategies.
What you'll bring:
* Previous B2B marketing experience (company or agency side).
* Brand Management experience, with clear demonstration of how you have directly been responsible for growing the value of a brand / brands.
* Experience in developing & implementing effective commercial marketing strategies.
* Knowledge and experience of digital and social media marketing and the ability to incorporate into marketing campaigns.
* Credible and proficient communicator (written and verbal).
* Ability to work collaboratively with others to provide a high quality service.
* Attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately in a busy and demanding environment.
* Experience of the Agricultural / Animal feed industry would be beneficial but not essential.
