THE ROLE: You will work closely with the Head of Residential Property and the role will be tailored to reflect your level of PQE. This is a varied and interesting role with quality work. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion, Conducting property searches and scrutinising contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance, Providing legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they are informed throughout the transaction process, Acting as a point of contact for clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders, fostering positive relationships, Preparing and submitting applications to the Land Registry and handling related documentation, Ensuring all transactions are compliant with relevant legislation and best practices and Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of property law and legislative changes. THE CANDIDATE: You should be either a qualified Solicitor, ILEX or CLC. The ideal candidate will have experience across a wide range of residential property matters to include: Residential Sales and Purchases Re-mortgages Lease Variations and Extensions Transfers of Equity Equity Release. You will have experience of managing and progressing your own caseload and be confident working independently from the outset.
