We've introduced the Nested Partnership: Bringing onboard best-in-class, hyper-local agents to run their own businesses under the Nested brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop a local strategy, pitch, marketing tactics, and hours - resulting in earnings autonomy.
2. Grow your own estate agency business in your area of expertise - from prospecting and canvassing to valuing and negotiating.
3. Manage client relationships from start to finish, acting as their single point of contact throughout their Nested journey.
Requirements
1. 5-10 years of top industry experience valuing residential property, winning business, selling stock, and delighting customers.
2. A clear strategy and understanding of managing a marketing budget, generating leads, and building a local valuation machine.
3. Unrivalled knowledge of your patch, including living in the local area for years and knowing amenities, schools, and hotspots.
4. Alignment with the Nested brand and a customer-centric approach, living and breathing Nested values.
