Job Description
You will play a key role in implementing a relevant and data-driven Search & Visual Merchandising strategy, adopting best practices and developing innovative features. Your focus will be on personalising the experience across all touchpoints to make each consumer’s journey as personable as possible. You will drive innovation, customer-centricity, and evidence-based working to meet the group’s digital KPIs.
* Develop, implement, and oversee data-driven, customer-centric visual merchandising strategies.
* Manage onsite search, ensuring optimal configuration and enhancing the search experience.
* Enhance personalisation on site and app via search and merchandising tools.
* Develop innovative features to improve performance across all fascia, aligning with Frasers Group’s aspirations.
* Contribute new ideas to the Digital roadmap, managing projects from concept to delivery.
* Promote a culture of experimentation, iterating strategies for continuous improvement.
* Analyse A/B test results, summarising outcomes, insights, and next steps.
* Create and update best practice playbooks for scalable optimisation.
* Use data insights to identify customer pain points and recommend optimisations.
* Collaborate cross-functionally during trade events and initiatives to optimise experience.
* Build, develop, and manage weekly reports on key insights and actions.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in digital optimisation, digital trade, analytics, or related roles.
* Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
* Passionate about understanding customer behaviour and enhancing online experiences.
* Data-driven with a solid commercial understanding.
* Experience with Search & Merch tools such as Algolia or Attraqt.
* Knowledge of personalised algorithms and their impact on the customer journey.
* Familiarity with GA and analytical tools like ContentSquare.
* Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
