The Role: Business Development Manager
1. Hunt for New Business: Prospecting through self-sourced leads
2. Engage in Consultations: Face-to-face and virtual consultations to capture customer needs and offer outstanding digital marketing solutions.
3. Present and Negotiate: Close deals with new and existing clients.
4. Account Manage: Nurture relationships to ensure a seamless customer experience and manage accounts.
5. Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth reviews to identify growth opportunities, boosting client ROI and ensuring long-term success.
Requirements:
1. Proven Sales Success: Field Sales or High Performing Telesales
2. A Passion to Earn: Strong motivation to achieve sales targets
3. Digital Marketing Knowledge: Preferable, but not essential
4. Strong Skills: Relationship-building, negotiation prowess, resilience in overcoming objections, and stellar presentation skills.
5. Driving License: A full UK driving license is a must, but keep it under 6 points.
