Ideally the successful candidate should possess a broad background in the field of Early Years to be teaching across a range of qualifications alongside a well-established team of practitioners. These include the BTEC L1 Caring for Children, NCFE L2 Early Years Practitioner and the NCFE T Level Education and early Years. Candidates must be educated from L3 to degree level Early Years or a related field and possess a TAQA, a teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one. Candidates should also have a full clean driving license. Candidates must have extensive industry experience or be able to evidence outstanding levels of performance within their career to date.
