The Role…
This is a hugely exciting role, sitting within our UKI IFP organisation and reporting into the RGM & IMM Leader. The RGM Analytics Manager is accountable for leading data analysis across the RGM levers - identifying actionable recommendations to grow revenue and expand our margins. Key areas of responsibility include:
* Partnering with Revenue Management Lead and Brand Leadership Teams to enable the delivery of (RGM) process, deploying methodology within the RGM framework to identify net revenue and profitable growth opportunities.
* Developing and building strong relationships across the commercial team (all brands) focusing on executional levers of RGM.
* Leading PPA workshops and optimisation.
* Collaborating with subject matter experts both locally and regionally to build capability and develop enhanced ways of working.
* Enhancing RGM capabilities of the wider business with specific focus on promotional execution, PPA and trade plans.
* Utilising and role modelling RGM analysis tools (TPA/CPPA/ICARUS).
* Delivering training for the commercial team against Promo Optimisation and PPA.
* Partnering with Commercial Strategy Managers and Business Analysts to develop and deliver compelling promotional strategies.

* You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering results within FMCG and working within matrix organisations.
* You will be a highly competent user of Microsoft office tools, specifically MS Excel / PowerPoint.
