We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Delivery Planning Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the planning and scheduling of all deliveries, ensuring maximum efficiency and excellent customer service. Your key focus will be on streamlining transport operations to meet our delivery targets, while maintaining high standards of service and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Schedule orders to maximize truck efficiency and meet customer service levels.
2. Ensure transport plans align with DIFOT (Delivered in Full, On Time) and weekly revenue targets.
3. Monitor and report on transport status and performance metrics.
4. Provide cover for dispatch duties when necessary.
5. Support other tasks as directed by management.
6. Continuously improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
7. Deliver exceptional customer service and promote the Bailey brand with professionalism.
8. Foster clear communication with all internal teams and management, particularly regarding transport planning and issues that arise.
9. Maintain positive and collaborative relationships with team members.
10. Adhere to company procedures, policies, and rules.
11. Remain flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and daily tasks.

Requirements:
1. Strong organizational and planning skills.
2. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
3. Previous experience in accounts payable and receivables.
4. Experience in using SAP systems advantageous.
5. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
6. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
7. Experience in planning or office administration is a plus.
