We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Admin Assistant to join our ever-growing LRP Production department. We are offering the position with a starting salary of circa £26,000 per annum gross based on experience.
The role of the Production Admin Assistant is to work alongside the Retouch and Production department and help to plan, monitor and organise all running retouch projects, ensuring all jobs are delivered on brief and on time.
Responsibilities:
* Work with the Team Heads to plan and produce both weekly and daily Retouch Department schedules, timelines, and briefs. Ensure all are adhered to and jobs are delivered on brief and on time.
* Support the Retouch and Production department with end to end job tracking systems.
* Brief retouch team for all jobs; ensure that external and in-house retouch guidelines and briefs are created and followed.
* Instruct and oversee the workflow of the LRP Retouch department.
* Communicate between studio departments via the Lead retouchers to ensure the retouch team is aware of clients and studio requirements.
* Checking digital assets to ensure alignment with client and brief directives.
* Checking file naming, and alignment with current style guides.
* Work closely with post-production leads to ensure all image quality from on set is to a high standard, responding to and completing queries from retouch and studio.
* Track and monitor workflow on a daily basis to ensure all scheduled projects are finished within given timelines, communicate workflow statuses and concerns to the Production team.
* Client POC with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally all incoming client requests.
* Translate instructions and develop a deep understanding of current and future LRP client and studio requirements.
* Be an expert on the LRP retouch style guidelines, supporting studio documentation and updating these where necessary.
* Understanding the studio process and the storage of imagery.
* Maintain and organise all digital assets on our servers.
* Troubleshoot daily last minute issues.
* Using G-Suite to ensure all ongoing projects are up to date or signed off.
* Set and commit to daily, weekly and monthly goals for development in the role to achieve the level of progress required quickly leading to full responsibility and oversight for the workflow output of the photography team.
Must-haves:
* Strong experience within a junior photography production role in the fashion e-Commerce sphere
* Multi-brand co-ordination with the ability to run multiple concurrent projects.
* Using Monday.com to track project progress.
* Excellent working knowledge of G suite, Sheets, Pages, and Excel
* An extremely organised team player with the ability to quickly identify and flag issues
* A positive work ethic and strong attention to detail
* Excellent, energetic work ethic and positive problem-solving attitude
* Excellent communication skills on email, spreadsheet and phone
* Comfortable working with macOS
* Strong appreciation of the fashion industry
* Strong understanding of studio-based digital content creation
* Ability to research, suggest and help implement improvements to workflow
* Ability to easily get to and from Hackney on a daily basis
