You are a bilingual (Arabic and English) account manager with experience with enterprise SaaS account management, content or advertising industries and with a passion for startups and technology. You are entrepreneurial, product-focused, obsessed with making clients happy, and only satisfied when your work has impact. You should be personable, a strong communicator, and able to concisely determine clients’ needs.
You are excited to manage accounts with global media conglomerates, and brands in the creative and cultural world across Middle East as well as support our global enterprise clients. Salary range is in USD.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work during business hours of Arabia Standard Time UTC + 3 (3 hours after London time) to service prestigious Middle Eastern Clients, as well as global clients in coordination with account managers in NYC and LA.
* Build strong relationships with our global client base of Fortune 500 companies and global media conglomerates, while maintaining an open line of communication, ensuring trust and 100% satisfaction
* Perform demonstrations of our technology that show the benefits of the marketplace, freelancer management and budget reporting features
* Identify opportunities for sales growth for each account by providing creative ideas, hiring strategy and showing best practices for using Glimmer
* Learn the technical aspects of the platform's hiring and payment system, to educate users on how they can use the technology
* Lead onboarding sessions and trainings with leading media companies and brands to ensure they will use the platform in an optimal way
* Implement playbook for onboarding and educating new clients
QUALIFICATIONS
* A self-starter with a strong work ethic and superior attention to detail.
* Previous experience and knowledge of content production practices, including working with brands, agencies and production companies (required).
* The ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction.
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
* 2-4 years B2B sales experience (preferred).
* Proven track record of customer service, marketing, account management or sales for global brands.
* Bachelor’s degree required.
