Job Title: Registered Children's Home Manager - 2-Bed Service Location: Blackpool, Lancashire Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 per annum Are you an experienced and passionate leader looking to manage a small, dedicated children’s home? Our client is seeking a committed Registered Manager to oversee their 2-bed service in Blackpool, providing care and support to children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the children. Lead, manage, and develop a team of staff to deliver outstanding care and support. Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and maintain high standards across the service. Create and implement individualised care plans tailored to the needs of the children. Liaise with local authorities, social workers, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the children. Requirements: Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent). Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and experience working with EBD services. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Full UK driving license.
