About the Role - Duties and Responsibilities Use of the firms case management system, working in line with set procedure Manage and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and other enquiries from clients, ensuring prompt and accurate responses. Be the friendly first point of contact for new and existing clients, providing them with information and guidance on our services. Keep client files and records up-to-date and accurate, making sure everything is easily accessible. Help draft and send out legal correspondence, including letters, emails, and official documents. Coordinate with legal staff to ensure client communications are handled efficiently and effectively. Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion. Support the new business team with any additional tasks as needed. Track and follow up on client cases to ensure deadlines are met and clients are kept informed of progress. Collaborate closely with other administrative staff.
