Responsibilities: As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need extra help. Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources. Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe learning environment. Collaborate with staff to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with additional needs. Participate in school activities, trips, and events when required. Requirements: As a Teaching Assistant, you should have: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is advantageous. A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach to problem-solving. Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning (preferred but not essential).
