Sourcing the best change talent for permanent and contract roles | Helping Businesses and Professionals Navigate the Complexities of Change
Location: Leeds (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite)
Are you a change-driving Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, operational environments? Do you want to lead high-impact initiatives that improve customer experience across the transport sector? If so, we’ve got an exciting opportunity for you.
A leading transport organisation is on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to spearhead a key workstream within their Passenger Assistance Improvement Programme — a high-visibility, business-critical initiative focused on transforming customer service and delivering operational excellence.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead the charge in operationalising the passenger assist resource model across the business.
* Develop & deliver robust project plans, ensuring timelines, milestones, and objectives are achieved.
* Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and communications like a pro.
* Collaborate closely with regional and operational teams to embed new, effective ways of working.
* Engage with stakeholders at all levels — from frontline staff to senior leadership.
* A proven Project Manager with solid experience delivering business change and transformation.
* Strong stakeholder management skills — you're confident, credible, and persuasive.
* Background in operational environments (transport/rail experience a plus, but not essential).
* Demonstrated ability to drive change at scale in complex, multi-stakeholder settings.
* A self-starter who’s comfortable with ambiguity and knows how to shape their role.
* Top-notch communication skills — articulate, engaging, and clear.
Why This Role?
You’ll be part of a highly visible programme that directly impacts customer satisfaction and service delivery. Backed by strong leadership and a clear roadmap, you’ll have the autonomy to make things happen — with the support you need to succeed.
* Hybrid setup with 2–3 days per week in the Leeds office.
* Onsite engagement with operational teams is essential — this is a role where your presence makes a difference.
