Main purpose of the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Shared Services Coordinator to join us based from our Doncaster Lakeside Head Office with agile/hybrid working. This role provides a great opportunity to work within the Human Resources function and gain insight into many aspects of the business.
The individual will report to the HR Shared Services Manager and will work closely with other members of the HR team to support the attraction, development, and retention of our employees, as well as managing the companys internal systems, being fully responsible for compliance and employee documentation, employee information and general administration.
This is a fixed term contract for a period of 6-9 months.
The successful candidate will assist with the administration of different areas of the employee life cycle, including recruitment and onboarding; ensuring vacancies are advertised, creating and sending out offer letters and ensuring the onboarding process is completed in a timely manner. They will work with our systems to ensure employee records are kept up to date and compliant, processing employee data changes ensuring accuracy at all times.
They will manage and prioritise shared email inboxes, responding to general HR queries where appropriate.
There is also opportunity for the post holder to be involved with internal projects to improve efficiencies and support wider business objectives from the HR agenda.

We are looking for a candidate either at graduate level wanting to take their first step into Human Resources, or someone with a minimum of 12 months related experience in a HR Administration role. Experience with HRIS/Payroll systems would be a distinct advantage.
