Key Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one support to students with complex needs, promoting their academic and personal growth
* Develop and implement engaging educational programs, aligned with curriculum requirements and student needs
* Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive student support
* Maintain accurate records of student progress, achievements, and challenges
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £18,339-£20,050 per annum (32.5 hours/week) or £11,003-£12,030 per annum (19.5 hours/week), depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes a generous holiday allowance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
