About Our Client
This is a temporary role for an AR Accountant within the Accounting & Finance department of an industrial / manufacturing company based in Slough. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and providing financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organisation.
Job Description
3. Manage the accounts receivable function
4. Prepare and send invoices, credit notes, and account statements
5. Process and record payments in a timely and accurate manner
6. Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments
7. Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports
8. Comply with financial policies and regulations
9. Assist with audits and financial analysis
10. Support other accounting and administrative tasks as needed
The Successful Applicant
11. Strong track record in accounts receivable
12. Immediately available or on short notice
13. previous experience working on large accounts be an advantage
14. Excellent Excel skills
15. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
16. Confident communicator and great at collaborating
17. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
18. Good organisational and time management skills
