Hays are recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager on behalf of a leading Marketing Agency in Greater Belfast.
Your new role
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be immersed in all aspects of digital marketing including content creation, social advertising, search and analytics. You will be responsible for generating, implementing and supporting creative digital marketing strategies that generate excellent results for clients.
Responsibilities include:
1. Creating and managing digital marketing and social media campaigns for a wide range of clients
2. Researching, creating and distributing impactful content on multiple social platforms.
3. Analysing the performance of digital marketing/social content in line with KPI’s and seeking ways to improve campaign performance.
4. Creating and monitoring social media adverts on Facebook, Instagram, X, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok and LinkedIn.
5. Working with the wider team to develop creative digital marketing extensions for integrated advertising campaigns.
6. Managing client relationships and budgets for campaigns.
7. Managing the design of imagery and video content.
8. Writing website content and updating it via content management systems.
9. Perform any other duties as may reasonably be required from time-to-time.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll have excellent copywriting skills and a strong understanding of what makes great content on digital channels. You will need to be passionate about digital marketing, social media and be knowledgeable about emerging platforms and trends.
Essential experience:
10. 3rd level qualification in a related subject
11. Minimum 18 months’ experience in a similar role.
12. Desirable if you have 2–3 years' experience in a similar role.
13. Demonstrable track record of running successful paid digital marketing/social/search campaigns.
14. Experience setting up and managing social media adverts, and subsequent reporting.
15. Working knowledge of analytics tools such as Facebook insights, Google Analytics, Swydo.
16. Excellent understanding of social media platforms.
17. Effective writtenmunication and presentation skills with meticulous proofreading skills.
18. Strong creative thinker.
19. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
20. A team player who isfortable working in a collaborative environment.
21. Flexible and adjustable with the ability to work additional hours when required.
