The Parts Sales Advisor is responsible for identifying, quoting and following up on all part sales in order to hit team targets. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills with a good understanding of parts systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Parts identification from relevant manuals and online parts books
2. Action customer orders, estimates and enquiries
3. Follow up and conversion of estimates
4. Contract review of all orders
5. Dealing with customer queries
6. Interaction with franchise partners to assist in developing business
7. Work with purchasing and the warehouse to ensure orders are fulfilled.
Key Skills:
1. Strong communication and organisational skills
2. Customer relationship skills with a high attention to detail.
