Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer
You will manage client resourcing activities, including planning, attracting, and selecting new employees. Collaborate with hiring managers to provide advice and support throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a robust recruitment strategy
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide tailored support
• Provide advice and guidance on best practices in recruitment and talent management
• Assist in the development of job descriptions and job specifications
• Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial planning to onboarding new employees
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve future recruitment strategies
