* Leverage cutting-edge sales systems and support tools like Salesforce, Buzzboard, and LinkedIn to maintain a disciplined sales approach.

* Consistently deliver our Reach Field strategy across your team, ensuring the seamless adoption of standard KPIs and methodologies.
* Transform market insights into innovative product requirements, gathering valuable data to refine our strategic direction.
* Harness past campaign data to forecast trends, developing actionable insights that propel future campaigns to new heights.
* Collaborate with Senior Management to unlock maximum revenue opportunities, ensuring consistency in our approach and accountability in applying people policies and procedures.
* Partner with HR to attract, cultivate, and retain top talent, using employee engagement feedback to drive continuous improvement.
* Set the standard by leading from the front—matching the prowess of your sales team in every aspect of the sales process.
Qualifications
* Highly numerate and an excellent commercial thinking, able to identify and maximise revenue opportunities and report performance accurately High-impact, engaging personality with the energy to effect change and influence outcomes
* Demonstrable leadership qualities, capable of motivating and managing teams and individuals and takes responsibility for own and others development, striving to create a high performance culture
* Strong working knowledge of digital, national and regional media and the Reach portfolio
* Ability to communicate market feedback into product requirements
* Communication, including written, face-to-face, presentation skills and the ability to cascade consistent messages for maximum impact
* Experience of driving and delivering high revenue via a field sales operation
* Experience in sales and business development
* Experience in utilising various ad serving technology, reporting tools, and trading platforms
