Salary:From £80,000 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing risks and overseeing portfolio management, ensuring robust financial control and governance throughout the project lifecycle
* Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with business leaders and key functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on activities and strategic goals
* Acting as the interface between business and IT functions, driving continuous service improvement and optimizing the leverage of IT services for business success
* Supporting the business in defining systems requirements while advising on technical standards, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency
* Directing teams in delivering cutting-edge technologies, systems, and solutions tailored to meet evolving business needs
* Collaborating with technology partners to influence the development of system products and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* APM qualified or Prince2 qualification
* Experience of stakeholder management and building relationships
* Ability to influence others as part of this role you will be dealing with a lot of people
* Experience of managing projects of a complex scale
* Experience of working on IT Projects
Desirable:
* Chartered PM

The IM&T Team
A new position has opened within the IM&T team (Information Management & Technology) and we are currently looking for a Senior Leader within Project Management. As a Senior Leader, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a standardised approach to PMO and PSO services across the organisation. Overseeing an IT portfolio that spans three product groups and encompasses 150 projects with a total value of £30 million. You will ensure the delivery of these projects are on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
