excellence. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing, to ensure seamless execution of digital trade activities, stock management, and campaign activation. Partnering with Technology and Data
teams, you'll leverage insights to optimise processes, enhance forecasting accuracy, and improve overall efficiency. This is an exciting leadership role where you'll drive digital growth, operational success, and impactful customer engagement.

The Purpose of the Role:
The Head of Digital Operations is responsible for leading the Digital Operations and Marketing Campaign Activation teams to drive operational excellence and deliver transformational growth. This role ensures the seamless execution of digital trade activities
through process optimisation, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration, supporting both business objectives and customer satisfaction. As a key member of the Digital Leadership team, the role also focuses on developing a high-performing team while championing
the digital agenda to drive innovation and impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Define and lead the digital operations and campaign activation strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Digital Campaign Activation:
Oversee planning, execution, and optimisation of web and app campaigns to drive revenue and engagement.
Operations Management:
Ensure seamless execution of digital trade activities, including stock availability, demand forecasting, and fulfilment readiness.
Performance & Reporting:
Track KPIs, provide data-driven insights, and present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with commercial, supply chain, finance, technology, and marketing teams to drive operational success.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate operational risks to maintain business continuity and customer satisfaction.
Innovation & Improvement:
Lead initiatives to enhance digital capabilities through technology and process optimisation.
Team Leadership:
Manage and develop the Digital Campaign and Operations teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
Location:
This role is based in Nuneaton, and may be occasionally required to travel to our London Hub or to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the office.
The Person:
Key Requirements:
In-depth understanding of digital marketing campaign activation, operational frameworks, and e-commerce principles, including customer journeys, promotional strategies, and digital trade cycles.
Proficient in demand forecasting, stock management processes, and operational readiness to support digital growth and campaign execution.
Advanced knowledge of automation tools, process optimisation techniques, and technology integration to streamline workflows and drive operational efficiency.
Strong knowledge of cross-departmental dependencies, including supply chain, finance, and customer experience, to deliver cohesive digital operations strategies.
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for digital campaigns and operations that align with long-term business goals.
Proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Expertise in analysing complex datasets, identifying trends, and translating insights into solutions for operational challenges.
Demonstrated success in leading digital marketing and operations teams, ideally within an e-commerce or retail environment.
Proven track record of optimising digital workflows, implementing process improvements, and enhancing operational readiness.
Experience overseeing complex digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with critical paths and delivering measurable business outcomes.
