Quality Assurance Manager – Banking - London
Location: London (Hybrid – 50/50)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced 1st Line Quality Assurance Manager to lead the Quality Assurance function within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role ensures compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements, delivers fair customer outcomes, and drives continuous operational improvements across the business.
Please note: This is not a Testing role, and candidates with solely a testing / engineer QA background will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the 1st Line Quality Assurance team to maintain high compliance standards.
* Develop and implement quality assurance procedures aligned with industry best practices.
* Provide insights and reporting on trends and risks through monthly MI reporting .
* Design and deliver training programmes to enhance compliance awareness.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality assurance measures into operations.
* Actively challenge and improve processes, controls, and risk management frameworks .

* Strong knowledge of quality assurance frameworks and regulatory compliance .
