Your focus will be on ensuring proactive, end-to-end monitoring of meters across our Supply and MOP portfolios, identifying and resolving any irregularities swiftly and effectively. What you’ll be doing As a Meter Health Manager, you’ll lead your team to deliver exceptional value and collaborative customer experiences, identifying the best ways to support and incentivise them. With a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll integrate data, automation, and technology into daily operations to boost scalability, accuracy, and efficiency. You’ll be hands-on in the day-to-day running of the Metering business, applying your operational knowledge to enhance performance and deliver compliant, high-quality customer outcomes. Flexibility will be key as you support your team through change, adapt to evolving responsibilities, and step into service delivery when needed. You’ll ensure consistency across multiple geographies, aligning regional operations to maintain coherence. By meeting agreed OPEX targets and working closely with the wider EBS leadership community, you’ll contribute to the financial success and ongoing competitive edge of the metering operation.
