As the public face of our properties, you’ll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit.
Salary: £11.64 per hour
Duration: Fixed Term Contract until 21st December 2025
Hours: We can offer between 200 and 600 hours over the season (weekends Feb then open daily March- October) depending on candidate preference. Generally required one weekend day each week but can be flexible to allow odd weekends off. Shifts will be a mix of 7 hour working days and some 3 hour lunch shifts.
This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in equal instalments over the contract.
Interview date: planned for Wednesday 22nd January although we can be flexible if required.

Reporting to Sarah Greening, you’ll be part of a team of 12 working at Acorn Bank property.
What you'll be doing
Day to day, you’ll deliver a great all-round customer service experience. You’ll be on hand answering queries and listen to what our visitors need so you can share the right information. Your role is to make sure our visitors have the best day they can. You’ll have the chance to be involved in different aspects of the visitor experience, from key property events to social media promotion - no two days are the same.
